Northern Region Athletics Carnival Success

Only two weeks into term four and there are many things to report. We started the term with 24 students competing at the Darebin Athletics Carnival, there were many outstanding performances. These successes led to 12 students who qualified for the Northern Region Athletics Carnival. Once again Fairfield students represented the school with distinction. The following students have qualified for the State Final:

  • 9/10 boys relay team: Jasper Hopkins, Uche Ozougwu, Angus Watson, Will Mooney
  • 800 metres: Will Mooney
  • 1500 metres: Tom Diamond

Best of luck boys and enjoy the opportunity to compete at a State Carnival.
