Co-curricular Opportunities

Fairfield Primary School provides a diverse co-curricular program that is responsive to student’s interests and point of need. Students are provided with a wealth of experience beyond academic instruction, which enables them to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their areas of interest. Many significant life skills are learned in the co-curricular program.

We recognise that learning is much more than what happens inside classrooms. We therefore offer a wide range of co-curricular activities to complement the pursuit of academic excellence and our efforts to maximise each student’s potential in the classroom.

Leadership, life skills, analytical and critical thought, decision-making, resilience, commitment, taking responsibility, working collaboratively, motivating others, organisation skills and negotiation skills are just some of the benefits to be gained from co-curricular activities.

Involvement in co-curricular activities provides students with a sense of accomplishment. They gain greater self-confidence by responding to challenges and using their talents. With new and interesting experiences introduced regularly, our range of co-curricular activities reflects Fairfield Primary School’s vision – Every day, every child engaged in purposeful and powerful learning.
