Enrolment Timeline

To facilitate the planning of 2020 classes, staffing and resources, we request that enrolment forms (as well as your child’s birth certificate, immunisation status and proof your current residential address) be submitted to the school by Friday 28 June. This is the last day of term two.

You may submit your enrolment form by:

  • Mail: Attention – Administration Officer, Fairfield Primary School, 5 Langridge St, Fairfield, 3078, Victoria
  • Email: fairfield.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au (Subject: 2020 Enrolment Form)
  • Hand the form into the office: office hours are 8:30 am – 4:30pm, school days.


2019 Enrolment Dates

  • Friday 28 June: Submit the enrolment form, you child’s birth certificate, immunisation status and proof of residential address to the school.
  • Thursday 25 July: Fairfield Primary School will contact you by email (as provided on the enrolment form) and either offer/not offer a place in the Foundation program for 2020.
  • Friday 2 August: If you were offered a place at Fairfield Primary School, please reply to the email, either accepting or declining the offer by this date.
  • Thursday 12 September: Fairfield Primary School will send an email to families in the 2020 Foundation program, which provides details of the transition program and associated dates.
