To facilitate the planning of 2021 classes, staffing and resources, we request that enrolment forms be submitted to the school by Friday 26 June. This is the last day of term two.


You may submit your enrolment form by:

  • Mail: Attention – Administration Officer, Fairfield Primary School, 5 Langridge St, Fairfield, 3078, Victoria
  • Email: fairfield.ps@edumail.vic.gov.au (Subject: 2021 Enrolment Form)
  • Hand the form into the office: Hours are 8:30 am – 4:30pm, school days.


When submitting the enrolment form, please also submit the following:

  • Your child’s birth certificate (or equivalent)
  • Immunisation status certificate (from the Australia Childhood Immunisation Register)
  • If you are a new family to Fairfield PS, proof of your address (licence, rental agreement, bill, etc).

We are happy to make copies of these documents and return the originals directly to you.
