Dear Families,

First of all I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who has made Jess and I feel welcome at Fairfield OSHClub. I have enjoyed being here facing new challenges and experiences. I think I can say the same for Jess. Jess comes from a teaching background so OSHClub is really new to her. Although the age group is the same, the environment is so much different. She is certainly enjoying it though.

This term we have been focusing on getting our routines on track and ensuring all children are accounted for at all times. This is a vital part of our job and we would really appreciate support from all parties in doing this. Often at aftercare we are ringing parents to confirm late cancellations. We understand that you all must be busy. A text message or phone call could honestly save us so much time looking for missing children who have not arrived after the 3:30pm bell. Also for late bookings, if your child is not booked in and is supposed to be at aftercare and doesn’t turn up we don’t know to go looking for them. That’s why it is always important to regularly update your bookings online. Safety of the children is our number one priority.
